I want you to be happy with your new jewelry purchase! I work hard to be sure each piece is made carefully. Sometimes however there are unexpected problems or you may change your mind. Please contact me if you have any problem with your order. Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping costs. 

Sales on special order customized pieces, once approved by the customer, are final.
